I was having difficulties in my relationships due to past trauma. I tried meditating, journaling, and letting time heal my wounds, but years later, I was still finding myself having challenges with trusting others and I was displaying self-sabotaging behaviors when I started getting close to anyone.
I wasn’t sure what to do with this feeling and cyclical hurt within my relationships until I joined Denise Michelle's RTT Coaching.
I learned how to address hurt from the past, and move on so I can live fully in the present. I discovered I'm only as strong as my mind, and subconscious self-talk is crucial to my overall well being.
I realized investing in myself is one of the best things I could have ever done to enhance my mindset, and continue growing in depth and maturity as a person. During my time with Denise Michelle, I was able to let go of the past, accept the people in my life for who they are, and display love, compassion, and forgiveness towards these individuals as well as myself.

I was having a huge issue with procrastination and avoidance with my career and wasn't sure how to overcome it, mainly since nothing I attempted would work or stick with me and I would fall back into procrastination almost immediately. I had ONE session with Denise and it honestly changed my life: I'm now the most productive I've ever been, hands down, and the change was immediate. Sorting out this issue also helped with my confidence in general to the point where family and friends have noticed a difference in me. I owe Denise my life and will absolutely come back in the future to do another session. She is lovely kind and empathetic.
